Located on the Costa del Sol, the main tourist area, we offer a wide range of legal services including all services related to real estate: property searches and conveyancing, renting, finance, taxes… and all other matters that non-Spanish nationals living in Spain might need: We do assist in any kind of civil and criminal litigation, corporate, tax & inheritance law and other law areas.

In Welt Abogados we always will try to find a non-judicial settlement to our cases; once we have all the information and approval from our clients, we will try to reach an non juditial amicable settlement, in case is not possible, we will try to find the best solution for our clients’ interests, litigation being the last option as it is slow, costly and uncertain, …. although sometimes it will be our only option.

Fees
Online or office consultation. 150€
Hourly fee. 250€
Purchase and sales assistance. 1-2.5% of the total price (includes: dossier, legal assistance, tax payment, drawing up of contracts, land registry, change of ownership contracts, certificates) it depends on purchase amount, if representation by POA, bank finance, complexity, etc.
Civil Affairs/Matters. We will charge a fee according to the official rates stated by the Bar Association of Málaga depending on the case.
Setting up of a Limited Company. 1000€ (includes: dossier, submission of application and certificates, legal assistance, tax payment, company registration).
Drawing up Wills (in two languages). 250€ (including drawing up the document, legal assistance and notarial fees).
Drawing up renting, purchase and sales or similar contracts. The fees will depend on the legal amount and complexity of the contract.
Translation services. 0.09-0.10 per word (sworn translation fees not included).
At beginning fo all professional matters, way to proceed, aproximate expenses, schedule, professional fees, etc., wiel be informed to the client and a professional service contract will be signed by both parties.
In any case, our professional fees will be adjust to certain factors as legal complexity, location, representation with POA, Bank finance, proce, urgency,…
All informed professional fees will be added with obligatory 21% VAT tax.
